Camper Applications

Camper Applications are posted to our website at the beginning of April.  Families download and print the application and submit the original, completed application by mail or in person to the BC Lions Society Head Office.

Campers will be registered for camp on a first come, first serve basis once their application is complete. 

The camp application includes a medical form that must be completed by a physician prior to registration.  This form must be filled out for every camper each year they attend camp. 

Campers who come to camp with a Personal Support Worker(PSW) must have their PSW paperwork completed as well at the time of registration.
