Volunteer Opportunities for Easter Seals Campers

VOLUNTEERING WITH THE BC LIONS SOCIETY FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES

The BC Lions Society is  looking for Easter Seals Campers and families who use Easter Seals service to participate in BC Lions Society for  events and Easter Seals campaigns. BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities events and Easter Seals Events that raise the funds that to operate Easter Seals services such as BC Easter Seals Camps ( Camp  Winifield, Camp Shawnigan and Camp Squamish), Easter Seals Houses in Vancouver, Prince George and Victoria as well as other medical related services.

As an Easter Seals Camper and a member of an Easter Seals family you can make a difference by becoming involved in any of the Easter Seals Camper Volunteer Programs.  

Easter Seals Camper Volunteer Programs:

The following opportunities have been created to give Easter Seals Campers the opportunity to bring the Easter Seals Camp spirit to our fundraising activities.

  •  The goal of all of these programs is to empower the Easter Seals Campers by providing them with volunteer opportunities which engage them in our fundraising efforts.
  • Easter Seals Campers can participate in any and all of these volunteer opportunities. We are dedicated to ensuring that the volunteer opportunity that you as an Easter Seals Camper choose to take part in works for you.

The Easter Seals Ambassador Program

Every two years two Easter Seals ambassadors are chosen to represent the hundreds of children who receive services from BC Easter Seals. We are now accepting applications for Easter Seals Ambassador till FEBUARY 8TH, 2010!

  • Easter Seals Ambassadors are given the opportunity to share their Easter Seals experiences with our sponsors and donors in various ways during their time as Easter Seals Ambassador.
  • The goal of this program is to provide the Easter Seals Ambassadors with unique experiences to empower themselves while paving the way for Easter Seals children across BC.

Easter Seals Camper At large program

The Easter Seals Camper at Large program is for campers who love attending Easter Seals Camps and want to share that with everyone they meet. Easter Seals Campers at Large want to be active members of their community and are willing to attend various BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities events and Easter Seals Campaigns.

  •  Easter Seals Campers at Large are also campers who want to speak at some of our events about their Easter Seals Camp experience.
  •  The goal of this program is to provide Easter Seals  Campers with the chance to actively participate in the fundraising efforts of the BC Lions Society.

The 24 Hour Relay Easter Seals Camper Connections Program

The Easter Seals Camper Connection program gives Easter Seals children/campers the opportunity to participate in any of our Money Mart Easter Seals 24 Hour Relays 

  • The goal of this program is to provide Easter Seals Campers/Children with the opportunity to meet, inspire and motivate the sponsors and the participants, who make it possible for us to provide Easter Seals families with services.
